Getting a talent on board in a company is never a streamline process. It involves multiple stakeholders and steps from getting budget approved to working with suppliers, from interviewing candidates to on-boarding a new member, and from managing a team to managing a company’s workforce. This whole process is complex, lengthy, and difficult to follow. Our design provides a transparent, persona-based, and holistic view for stakeholders to focus on the current task at hand in order to move forward, getting the talent they need, and start executing the projects.
Why is this project worthy of a UX Award:
For too long, enterprise software has had a reputation for providing low quality user experience. And unlike consumer applications, this type of software is a requirement for many users in their day-to-day workplace. Our project illustrates a solution that provides a simplified experience to help these people get back to the jobs they want to focus on.
