Regroup is a robust, yet easy-to-use Emergency & Mass Communication System
Regroup is a cloud-based Emergency and Mass Communication System that enables organizations, with a click of a single button, to send emergency notifications and day-to-day messages simultaneously via email, text, TTS voice alerts, customized voice alerts, social media, websites, digital signage and more - to reach their members anywhere, on any device. Since we know that even the best laid plans can go awry during an emergency, our intuitive dashboard was designed to look similar to a traditional email interface to enable persons with limited or no training to quickly and easily send emergency alerts. Users also have the ability to send critical alerts from outside of the web interface, such as: calling Regroup’s 24/7/365 Support Team, from external email accounts, via text and CAP messages, as well as a trigger-based messaging API. Regroup has helped organizations across the nation effectively and rapidly communicate with their network during disruptive events such as Superstorm Sandy, the manhunt following the Boston Marathon Bombing and extreme weather events. During the severe 2013/2014 winter season, Regroup launched over 19 million messages for clients in the affected areas.

Ease of use has been a fundamental component of Regroup’s platform since its inception at Stanford University in 2006. Developed to solve the university’s need for rapid, effective mass messaging across multiple communication channels, the ideal system had to be robust yet easy for non-technical users to operate. The final result was an Emergency and Mass Communication platform that empowered individuals of all technical abilities to easily and effectively communicate with their members. Over the past 8 years we have continued that commitment of providing users with a robust communications platform that is easy to use and offers a cost-effective solution for communicating with an increasingly mobile network.
