Create an online destination for IndusInd’s first-of-its-kind offering – My Account My Number.



IndusInd Bank comes with a first-of-its-kind offering that allows you to open a Savings account online, with the freedom of personalizing your account number and debit card. This involves an online form completion process, wherein the user has to provide basic details, customize the account number and debit card, customize his account, choose the branch, upload the document and fund the account. The challenge was to ensure that we create a platform for this complex online process that’s as simplified, intuitive and immersive as possible. As a solution, we decided to create a prototype and conduct a Summative UT Testing. This would help us evaluate it through defined measures such as task completion, time on task, error rates, and user satisfaction.

Why is this project worthy of a UX Award:

The results of the Summative Usability Testing itself spoke a lot for the project. The impressive response from the participants, with an average rating of 3.68 out of 4, drive home the point that users found the entire process simple and intuitive. In short, user satisfaction itself is an award for us!
