The goal of Everyday Purchases Everyday Portraits is to create a community that inspires users to create their own unique, personal illustration paying tribute to the fight against breast cancer.



The goal of Everyday Purchases Everyday Portraits is to create a community that inspires users to create their own unique, personal illustration paying tribute to the fight against breast cancer. Our audience was broad reaching to anyone with a connection to this disease who wanted a forum to express their sentiment. Our biggest challenge was ensuring that all of the complexity on the backend of the experience including age verification, moderation and submission approval was intergrated in a seamless and simple way for the user. We succeeded. While the measure of success was not monetary, to date over 800 users have submitted their own unique illustrations and have seen the value of the Bank of America and Susan G. Komen partnership.
