Facebook users create a matchup between two sports teams, challenge their friends to pick the winning team in a variety of criteria and then print out a sheet to take to Friday’s to watch the game.
T.G.I. Friday’s came to us to optimize the March Madness tournament as a way to engage their customers and encourage them to watch the games with their friends at Friday’s. Our solution was the Matchup Madness Facebook App. The timeline was from December 2011 to March 2012.
