TalentVine is a first-of-its-kind software that allows corporations to automate all aspects of social recruting, from job posts on Facebook and Twitter to fully integrated social referral programs and talent communities. At its core, TalentVine is a social recruiting engine that matches open jobs to the relevant social connections in an employee population. When matches are found, employees are prompted to share the open job with their relevant contacts. Those contacts are then invited to join the company’s Referral Community where HR can stay in touch while building a pipeline of active and passive talent that has been vetted by existing employees. The TalentVine engine can also be used to distribute job openings via social netwoks, create talent communities, create and maintain Facebook job pages, populate social career sites and optimze job listings for mobile formats.

SelectMinds has been developing corporate social networks since 2000. Starting with the simple premise that good people know good people, the company developed the first-ever “alumni networks” in the early 2000s to help large corporations such as Credit Suisse, IBM and JP Morgan source talent and new business through the online connections of current and former employees. As social networks have evolved over the past decade, SelectMinds has developed a specialized set of social recruiting solutions to help companies leverage their networks more effectively. Its first formal step into social recruiting came in 2010 with the introduction of TalentVine™ version 1.0, which was an online referral tool designed to tap into the social networks of employee populations to generate job referrals. The ongoing development of TalentVine culminated in 2012 with the launch of the world’s first complete corporate social recruiting solution that allows employers to implement complete social recruiting campaigns through a single interface. TalentVine, which has become SelectMinds’ flagship product, underwent a series of upgrades to help companies automate every component of a social recruiting campaign – from job posts on Facebook and Twitter to fully integrated talent communities and social referral programs – through six modules which perform the following functions: * Social Jobs Distribution: Automatically sends new job listings, links and status updates to existing company Facebook pages, Twitter accounts, and LinkedIn groups. * Talent Community: Highly configurable corporate social networks that allow HR managers to engage with active and passive candidates. * Social Employee Referral Program: Referral engine designed to automate the referral process across social networks, giving HR personnel the ability to effortlessly solicit active and passive job candidates referred by the most reliable source available: their existing employees. * Facebook Job Pages: Create
