Digital corporate platform showcasing Perfumania Holdings, Inc. as a global leader in the Fragrance & Beauty Industry.

Ready Set Rocket was tasked to create a new digital corporate platform for Perfumania Holdings Inc., the leading retailer, wholesaler, distributor, and licensor of perfumes and fragrances worldwide for notable designer and celebrity brands. Ready Set Rocket conceived and built the new Perfumania Holdings, Inc., digital corporate presence highlighting the company’s vision, breadth of offering, and leadership in the Fragrance and Beauty industry in a contemporary and dynamic manner.

The new corporate website and visual identity are born from Ready Set Rocket’s intensive research to truly understand the brand’s role in the creation, marketing, licensing, and distribution of scents and products from leading designers, celebrities, and fashion icons around the world. This research, paired with ongoing testing and feedback loops, led to the creation of a visual identity and site that represent the brand as a whole, and resonate with the target business savvy, yet trend conscious, audience.

Why this project is worthy of a UX Award:

Ready Set Rocket transformed the Perfumania Holdings corporate website from one of a few static pages to an immersive, responsive digital experience complete with video, CRM, and so much more. As part of its scope of work, we proposed and executed on a fully redesigned Perfumania Holdings corporate website that enhances the education and inspiration for its audience of existing and prospective clients, vendors, partners, and employees. Additionally, Ready Set Rocket set forth a digital strategy for the new digital corporate identity focused on the following core elements:

Brand identity:
Starting with the relaunch of Perfumania.com and now PerfumaniaHoldings.com, the overall Perfumania Holdings brand identity was reinvented through building out visual systems for consistent communication and overseeing the design execution of brand sites, social, email and related properties.

Customer acquisition:
Building on B2C customer acquisition efforts for Perfumania.com, a leading specialty retailer offering a wide range of brand name and designer fragrances via a chain of more than 350 retail stores as well as through its e-commerce site, Ready Set Rocket expanded Perfumania Holdings’ efforts to generate business for its B2B offering by acquiring relevant B2B prospects for the brand through funnel and content optimization, catering to industry trends and search volume.

Perfumania Holding’s brands:
Ready Set Rocket managed the campaigns for Perfumania Holdings’ myriad of prestige brands and celebrity fragrance licensees as well as for Perfumania’s five primary operating subsidiaries: Perfumania, Perfumania.com, Quality Fragrance Group, Scents of Worth, and Five Star Fragrances.
